Delivery and Supply Terms: we will always endeavor to only have items for sale on the site that we are able to supply or have the seed to grow from many items will be almost grown to order although there will be some spare capacity so early ordering is advisable. If seeds is unavailable for an item to be sown we will endeavor to take it off sale until we have seed to supply it. Orders from our site may be placed at any time of year and be ordered as far in advance as you wish orders for future months will be held until the time you have asked for it and will be dispatched each month in the order that they were received unless you have specified us of a particular date.
Please ensure if you are away at all during the month you have selected for delivery that we are told in advance so we do not have it delivered whilst you are away failure to do so will mean no replacements being sent.
All orders can be canceled up to 7 days after ordering but any cancellations after that will be at our discretion
Most deliveries will come by courier which will need to be signed for and will be fully trackable and the couriers will e-mail you once the item has been picked up from us to let you know when it will be delivered.Most plants will be shipped Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday.
PLEASE ENSURE IF YOUR DUE TO GO ON HOLIDAY DURING THE MONTH YOU HAVE ORDERED YOUR PLANTS YOU LET US KNOW SO WE DON'T DELIVER THEM WHILST YOUR AWAY
If a variety you have ordered has become unavailable or delayed for some reason we may put it on back order for you or offer a replacement or full refund you will be informed by e-mail or phone so you can make a choice.
Returns Policy If your plants should arrive in poor condition or you are not happy with them and with growing plants things can go wrong please e-mail or phone us giving brief details including whats wrong with the plants the date the parcel was delivered your details and the invoice number. We will then offer either replacements if we have them or an alternative free of charge or a full refund. We will always do our best to sort any problems out quickly and efficiently .
Privacy Policy Vegetable Plants Direct does not disclose customer details to any third party without the express permission of the customer and will only store your details as is needed for the purpose of fulfilling your order or in the case of the Gardening Club for the running of said Club and its promotions.
