Delivery and Supply Terms: Please order as early as possible as during the months of May-July we get extremely busy and our delivery times can get quite long we aim to deliver all orders as quick as we can but sometimes this is difficult this year it has not been possible at times and delivery times have been quite long if you want it quickly please mark your order urgent and we will do our best to get it to you speedily next year we hope to cut delivery times dramatically but for this year we can only do our best !!! With the fact we sell over 500 varieties of veg plants we may not always have all the varieties available and during the peak season may not be able to update the website in time to stop orders being taken for items we don't have where possible i will put sold out on items not available or take it off of being available where an item is not available we usually have a good substitute because of the number of varieties we have Bare in mind also that because of extremely high demand during peak season stocks may become low particularly of more popular lines we do our best to keep up with sowing but we cant always sow and get parcels out at the same time At peak times please expect delays due to waiting for new batches or Too Follow Items or we may have to substitute certain things but with the huge range we have substitutes will be almost like for like where possible PLEASE MARK YOUR ORDER IF YOU WOULD NOT LIKE SUBSTITUTES
Orders from our site may be placed at any time of year and be ordered as far in advance as you wish orders for future months will be held until the time you have asked for it and will be dispatched each month in the order that they were received unless you have specified us of a particular date.
Please ensure if you are away at all during the month you have selected for delivery that we are told well in advance so we do not have it delivered whilst you are away failure to do so will mean no replacements being sent and also so we can get your order to you in plenty of time before your holiday
All orders can be cancelled up to 7 days after ordering please refrain from cancelling orders after that as we grow many things to orders coming in if it is because an order is taking to long to dispatch then badger us to get it to you quicker.also we take it very personally if you wish to cancel an order as it means we have failed you and as a small family business that is not what we want cancelling orders late on in the process will only be at our discretion.
All payment by post orders must be paid within 7 days of ordering or we reserve the right to cancel your order
Most deliveries will come by courier which will need to be signed for and will be fully trackable and we will e-mail you once the item has been picked up from us to let you know when it will be delivered.Most plants will be shipped Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and Friday Sorry we do not arrange for Saturday deliveries as this costs four times the week day rate
PLEASE ENSURE IF YOUR DUE TO GO ON HOLIDAY DURING THE MONTH YOU HAVE ORDERED YOUR PLANTS YOU LET US KNOW SO WE DON'T DELIVER THEM WHILST YOUR AWAY
If a variety you have ordered has become unavailable or delayed for some reason we may put it on back order for you or offer a replacement or full refund you will be informed by e-mail or phone so you can make a choice.
Returns Policy If your plants should arrive in poor condition or you are not happy with them and with growing plants things can go wrong please e-mail or phone us giving brief details including what's wrong with the plants the date the parcel was delivered your details and the invoice number. We will then offer either replacements if we have them or an alternative free of charge or a full refund. We will always do our best to sort any problems out quickly and efficiently .

Vegetable Plants Direct does not disclose customer details to any third party without the express permission of the customer and will only store your details as is needed for the purpose of fulfilling your order or in the case of the Gardening Club for the running of said Club and its promotions.
